Special Orders

Special-Order & Custom Sourcing Policy

At Gulfstream Tropical Aquarium, we don’t keep these specialized products on our regular warehouse shelves, but we are happy to source them specifically for your commercial aquarium business.

• Custom Fulfillment: Because these products are ordered specifically for your shop, they ship separately as their own distinct order.
• Transparent Fees: Any applicable shipping or handling fees will always be confirmed with you before dispatch.
• Return Policy: Special-order wholesale aquarium products are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.
