Freight Policy: UPS/FEDEX (Applies to orders that are not on the delivery route)

Dry Goods:

No freight charge on orders of $500.00 and higher (Does not apply to heavy items such as salt, substrate, gallons, etc).

Frozen Food:

Freight is charged for all frozen food. Additional fees include Dry Ice: $3.00 per lb. – Gel pack – $0.90 per unit. An additional charge may be applied for box and Styrofoam.

Live (Brine, Blackworms, Ghost, fresh water, and saltwater fish):

Freight is charged for all live animals. Additional fees include Styro foam box: $12.00 per unit – Small shipping box: $2.60 per unit – Large shipping box: $2.75 per unit

Order Minimum delivery fee

There is a $20.00 charge applied to invoices for orders that have not reached the minimum for free delivery. Delivery fees vary by location, so please contact us before your order so we can further assist you.
