Return Policy
For Dry goods such as fish food or items with expiration dates, please call customer service withing 48 hours of delivery for returns or exchanges. We only accept products that have not been opened or tampered with. Open box items (in good condition) can be returned within the first 48 hours (company’s discretion) with a 10% restocking fee. We check on all expiration dates. Any items returned with close to expiration or expired dates will not be accepted. There no returns on refrigerated products of any kind.
Defective or malfunctioning items must be handled by the manufacturer directly, so please contact the manufacturer for exchanges or trouble shooting. “Special Order” items that are ordered through us cannot be returned, exchanged or canceled for any reason. It your responsibility to make sure that you are special ordering the correct item.
Credits are only issued once product has been received and inspected for any damages or inconsistences. We reserve the right to deny, exchange or issue return credit on a case by case basis.
