What type of products do you offer?
We offer an array of Aquarium products such as Dry, Frozen and Live Foods. Our Live foods include Blackworms, Brine Shrimp, and Ghost Shrimp. We also offer Live Freshwater Plants and Live Rock. We sell Saltwater & Freshwater Fish, Water Conditioners, Medications, Electronics, Media Substrates, Tanks and much, much more!
How many brands do you carry?
We carry more than 30 brands including Seachem, Hikari, Carib Sea, Reef Nutrition, Fritz, Aquael, San Francisco, Mag-Float, Coral Vue, Aperture lines and many more.
What are your delivery days and when do I need to submit my order?
We deliver weekly on the following days:
Monday – Miami – orders need to be received by 11 a.m. on Monday
Tuesday – Hialeah – orders need to be received by 3 pm on Monday
Tuesday – West Coast – (Naples to Tampa to Orlando) – orders need to be received by 3 pm on Monday
Wednesday – WPB – orders need to be received by 3 pm on Tuesday
Thursday – Broward – orders need to be received by 3 pm on Wednesday
Thursday – North (Ft. Pierce, Daytona, Jacksonville, Gainesville, Ocala) – orders need to be received by 3 pm Wednesday
Friday – Miami – orders need to be received by 3 pm on Thursday
How can I submit my order?
We request that orders be submitted either Online, by telephone or by email.
PLANTS: Orders should be submitted before 12:30 PM on Tuesday.
I’m out of state or not on one of your routes, can you ship out?
Absolutely. We ship across the USA as well as Canada, Mexico, etc. Our shipments are sent by Air, UPS, FedEx, and Post Office. This is determined by location and the customer’s preference.
How do we open an account?
To open an account please fill out our form here (insert link) with the name of your Company, Name of Contact, Email, Phone Number, Address, type of business (Store, Maintenance, etc.) and submit a copy of your resale tax certificate. A credit card is required by us to be kept on file.Please note that we ONLY sell to brick-and-mortar stores, maintenance companies and farms. We DO NOT SELL to any online resellers or dot.com sellers without first obtaining written consent from our vendors.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Returns and exchanges are accepted within the first 48 hours (about 2 days) of delivery if the product has not been opened or tampered with. Open box items in good condition can be returned within the first 48 hours (company’s discretion) with a 10% restocking fee. If the item is defective or malfunctioning, please contact the manufacturer directly. “Special Order” items that are ordered specifically for you cannot be returned, exchanged or canceled for any reason.
I don’t see a product I want, can it be special ordered with you?
Of Course. If it is a vender that we currently carry, we can add it to our next order or arrange a “special order” through our vendors. Keep in mind that special orders necessitate upfront payment and are non-refundable. Special orders cannot be returned, canceled or exchanged once the item has been confirmed for shipment by our vendor. So please make sure you are 100% aware of what you or your customer needs before placing a special order.
